Ms. Lynn Hallbrooks was presented with an opportunity to read Ms. Dani Pettrey’s newest book. It’s the first book in a series entitled, The Killing Tide. Ms. Lynn made her book review available on the “birthday” of the US Coast Guard because the basic setting surrounds a Coast Guard Investigative Service (CGIS) team. Learn more about this book and where to find it, here.
A little tidbit I picked up on Facebook today. According to USAF Band of the West, and verified by Britannica, not only is it the Coast Guard’s “birthday” but it’s the anniversary of Louis Armstrong’s birthday.
I learned something today and I hope you did too. Thanks for stopping by.

Thank you for sharing my review with others. That is an interesting tidbit of information. Louis Armstrong had music flowing through him. I’m sure he has a heavenly band now.

You’re most welcome, Ms. Lynn. I hadn’t thought of that but I’m guessing you are spot on with that one.
