I wrote the narrative only. No dialogue unless you consider the first-person viewpoint as dialogue.
I guess I was concentrating more on what I wanted to get across than having characters share it over time. I’m sure this isn’t going to be the only ‘rookie mistake’ I’ll make. It sure does make me appreciate word-processors over typewriters. Yes, I’m old enough to have actually typed on a real typewriter.
